The group of ebay usernames were blocked due to an overwhelming concern on the internet about this company. I have had one sale with them, and thankfully everything went well, but I'm not waiting around for the next one to cause an issue! This company has multiple user names, and is affiliated with Ebay and paypal! They purchase things for clients in Japan, than require you as the seller to fill out a lengthy online form, stating exactly when the item should arrive to them in California. If the item does not arrive by the time you give, they will automatically open a dispute on Paypal.. Also, once the item arrives to them, the headache is not over! There have been multiple reports saying that once the tracking shows that the item was received, they than re-package the item, and send it to Japan. If it gets lost or damaged on the way to Japan, they again will automatically open a case against YOU, and paypal almost ALWAYS refunds their money, although the tracking clearly shows it was delivered... Sellers have reported disputes against them 30 DAYS after the pacakge was delivered to their California address! I say don't take the chance! The "company" name is "Shop Airlines America inc."
